    Most Common Questions

    We've listed a few of our most common questions we're asked when it comes to managing your collection and account.

    How can I access my account?

    You can access your account by clicking the Sign In button at the top of the website. Enter your email and password to log in. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.

    Is there a limit to the number of collections I add?

    There is currently no strict limit on the number of collections you can create. We aim to support collectors of all sizes, so whether you have a small personal collection or a large portfolio. Future premium plans may introduce enhanced features for advanced users.

    How do I request a new collection checklist to be added?

    If you’d like a specific set or checklist added, you can submit a request through our Contact page. Please include as much detail as possible (e.g. sport, year, brand, and set name), and we’ll review it for inclusion in a future update.

    How do I delete a collection?

    To delete a collection; Go to your dashboard, select the collection you want to remove and click the delete option. Please note: this action is permanent and cannot always be undone.

    Can I trade cards with other users?

    Trading is not currently available, but it’s a feature we’re planning for a future release. Our goal is to make it easy for collectors to connect and trade safely within the platform.
