Panini 2011 Women’s World Cup Sticker Collection Checklist
The Panini FIFA Women’s World Cup Germany 2011 sticker collection has 335 numbered stickers plus the opening Panini emblem sticker. It opens with the Roll of Honour, with the official trophy, emblem, poster and mascot stickers. It then covers the nine host cities, with two stickers each for Augsburg, Berlin, Bochum, Dresden, Frankfurt, Leverkusen, Mönchengladbach, Sinsheim and Wolfsburg. Each of the 16 finalists has a section with an emblem, a team photo and the squad. These include hosts Germany, Japan, the USA, Brazil, Sweden, England, France and Norway, along with first-time finalist Equatorial Guinea. The Frankfurt final stadium stickers and the FIFA Fair Play, Golden Ball, Golden Boot and Golden Glove award stickers complete the set.
The checklist features the stars of the 2011 tournament. These include Homare Sawa, Aya Miyama and Nahomi Kawasumi of Japan, and Abby Wambach, Megan Rapinoe, Alex Morgan, Hope Solo and Carli Lloyd of the USA. Marta, Cristiane and Formiga of Brazil, Birgit Prinz, Inka Grings, Nadine Angerer and Fatmire Bajramaj of Germany, and Lotta Schelin of Sweden also appear. So do Christine Sinclair of Canada, Camille Abily and Louisa Necib of France, Genoveva Añonma of Equatorial Guinea and Sam Kerr of Australia.
