Every standard booster packet (£2) guarantees you a Super Rare base parallel, an All-Time 100 Club card, an Infinity card, and a 20th Anniversary Limited Edition card alongside your base cards. That’s genuinely strong value per pack compared to previous Match Attax years.

The Hardest Cards to Pull Official Odds From Topps

Here’s where it gets serious. The rarest cards in 2026/27 have proper printed odds, and they’re tough:

WHOOSH! Cards : 1 in 540 packs

WHOOSH! cards are brand new for 2026/27, hyper rare chase cards featuring bold comic-inspired artwork and premium foil technology. With odds of 1 in every 540 packs, you’d need to open a full retail box every week for over a year on average before pulling one.

At £2 per pack, statistically pulling a WHOOSH! costs around £1,080 in packs on average. That said, they appear in all pack formats including Booster Tins and Mega Tins, so dedicated box openers have a better shot.

Enigma Cards : 1 in 2,160 packs

Step up a level and you hit Enigma. These Ultra-premium Hyper Rare cards feature striking minimalist designs with premium holographic finishes — and statistically, one Enigma appears in every 2,160 packs opened.

At standard pack prices that’s around £4,320 worth of packs per Enigma on average. In reality, box breaks and secondary market purchases are how most collectors will get their hands on one.

Mystical Full-Art Cards : 1 in 4,320 packs

The rarest cards in the entire 2026/27 set. Mystical Full-Art cards feature spectacular full-artwork designs of just five of football’s biggest stars — meaning there are only five different Mystical cards in the whole collection. The odds? 1 in every 4,320 packs.

Statistically, pulling a Mystical from packs alone would cost around £8,640. These will be some of the most valuable Match Attax cards ever produced by the time the secondary market matures.

Other Chase Cards Worth Hunting

Beyond the headline Hyper Rares, there’s plenty more to chase in 2026/27:

All-Time 100 Club (1 in 12 packs) Fan-voted legends from UEFA Club Competition history. These are guaranteed more frequently and are the set’s most accessible hit — great pull for casual collectors and serious ones alike.

Infinity Cards (1 in 24 packs) Returning from previous years, Infinity cards are the signature Match Attax chase card. 1 in 24 packs makes them achievable without spending a fortune.

For pure volume of packs (and therefore the best statistical shot at Hyper Rares), the Mega Tin offers the best value at roughly £0.31 per card. For exclusive cards you can’t get elsewhere, the Booster Tin and Mega Tin both include cards unavailable in standard packs.

Are the Rarest Cards Worth Money?

It’s early days for the 2026/27 collection — it only launched in September 2026 — so the secondary market is still finding its level. But based on historical Match Attax data and the new rarity system, a few things are fairly predictable:

• Mystical Full-Art cards will command significant value. With only five designs and odds of 1-in-4,320, expect these to sell for £50–£200+ on eBay once the market settles, with top player variants (whoever the five featured stars are) going higher.
